Trial Team Wins $66 Million in Verdict
Kathryn Pinckney is a founding partner of the firm. Concentrating her trial and appellate practice on complex civil litigation, Kathryn’s research, writing, and oral advocacy have been critical in obtaining and supporting the firm’s trial verdicts.
She handles catastrophic injury cases, environmental tort actions, and a variety of business disputes.
Kathryn graduated from Rhodes College. She earned her J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. Kathryn’s note – concerning the tension between the right to a free press and privacy rights of rape victims – was published in the Mercer Law Review, and she served on the editorial board as the student writing editor.
Kathryn served in the chambers of The Honorable Penny Haas Freeseman as a staff attorney for several years before returning to private practice.
