This month marks the firm’s 27th Anniversary
Bart Turner is a founding partner at the firm. He is lead trial counsel in cases involving serious personal injuries, professional malpractice, wrongful death, and a variety of complex business disputes. Bart also handles class actions and environmental tort cases.
Bart is frequently called upon by lawyers around the state to handle complex cases.
His recent trial wins include a $4.47 million verdict and an $8.6 million verdict over powerful corporate defense teams. Bart’s notable settlements and verdicts have resulted in the recovery of millions of dollars for his clients.
Named one of the state’s “Super Lawyers” by Atlanta Magazine, Bart’s trial verdicts are regularly recognized by the state’s leading legal publications.
Bart is a member of the Savannah Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He has lectured and served as an adjunct professor at Emory University School of Law.
Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Bart graduated from the University of Tennessee. He earned his J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. While in law school, Bart received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Torts.
