Savage hits for $60 Million in Cobb County

Brent J. Savage notches eight-figure trial win

“We the Jury find in favor of Plaintiff Hal Jenkins, as the Administrator of the Estate of April Jenkins, in the amount of $60,000,000.00.”

The Cobb County State Court jury returned the multi-million dollar verdict on December 18th, 2018. The winning trial team was led by managing partner Brent J. Savage. Associate attorney Shannon O’Reilly also played a role handling critical pre-trial matters. At trial, Mr. Savage was joined by veteran Marietta trial attorney and former Cobb County prosecutor, Robert F. Webb of Webb & D’Orazio.

The case concerned the untimely death of April Jenkins shortly after a botched surgical procedure.

“We’ll continue to fight for victims,” said Mr. Savage. “It doesn’t stop here.”
